At Status Home Care, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

    Print Your Label

    Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

  • 3.
    Secure the Goods

    Pack your items carefully in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine, resellable condition.

  • 4.
    Final Inspection & Refund

    After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
